At Musso EU, we want you to be completely satisfied with your ergonomic seating experience. If your chair isn't the perfect fit, you can return your item in its original condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Initiate Your Request

Contact our dedicated European support team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

Prepare the Package

Disassemble the chair carefully and place all components back into the original Musso packaging, ensuring all bolts and tools are included to avoid restocking fees.

Label and Ship

Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup.

Inspection and Refund

Once our warehouse team verifies the item's condition, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
